Immigrant Services is a division of Maui County’s Department of Housing and Human Concerns. Our goal is to assist new residents of Maui County in becoming fully integrated and productive members of our community.
We provide free assistance to non-immigrants, immigrants
with a wide range of immigration related matters including citizenship, permanent residency and family-based petitions. We also offer assistance with acculturation
, information, referral, translation and interpretation services.

(USCIS) and does not adjudicate
or enforce immigration matters.
When Visiting Us
Having an appointment is not necessary. Inquiries will be taken on a first come first served basis
. However, if you seek help with an issueor form that has the possibility of taking longer than half an hour, you can make an appointment by either calling (808) 270-7791 or emailing
one of the ISD Staff.
Please help us provide the best, and most effecient, service possible to you. It is important that you always bring your hard copy documents related to the case for which you are seeking assistance. If you are a permanent resident, you should always bring your Permanent Resident "Green Card" with you.
